I don’t know about you, but in the past I was walking around with quite a collection of naysayers in my mind. “You can’t do that!” “Why bother, it won’t work!” and the ever popular “What’s the point?” They can be pretty self-defeating, and can keep us frozen as to how to move forward. However, with practice and some well-chosen Gaia commands that I’ve been given, the voices can be turned off. (NOTE: Gaia for me is the Divine Feminine, and she is constantly giving us commands to help us move through life, especialy pre-natally.)
In Buddhist traditions, this mind chatter is known as the monkey mind. If you’ve ever heard a bunch of monkeys calling out, it can be quite noisy. Many people experience this phenomena when they try and meditate. They’ll start off with a quiet mind, but as the session progresses, their minds start to wander off into other thoughts. The person leading the session will usually reassure the restless mind person that it’s natural to do that and to just notice the distractions, and then go back to the quiet mind. That ability to return to the quiet, or what I call the “deafening roar of silence”, takes a lot of practice to do so, sometimes years, so many people give up on meditation all together.
While there are hundreds of types of meditation, all of them effective for some people, I find that it’s much easier to turn off the cause of the voices first. Most of the voices are picked up in early childhood, and are our interpretations of what was “taught” to us, sometimes deliberately, sometimes just by observations. If you were to do regression therapy, you could go back incidence through incidence when that belief was reinforced, until finally you could reach the beginning of that “voice” for this lifetime. This process also can take years to get to those initial stages when a belief was instilled in us.
I prefer to use these Gaia commands that I spoke of in the beginning of this posting that are given to me by the Divine Feminine so that I can teach them to others . In the space of about 20 minutes, with my help, a person can complete them. The commands were first heard by each of us when in the final stages of development for the egg and sperm that made us. Since the egg and sperm haven’t joined at that point, there’s a set for the egg to clear and a set for the sperm. Depending on how you perceive the voices in your head as being masculine or feminine, one side of the commands is usually harder to clear than the other. That’s where I come in to help with energetic boosts to get the commands as cleanly cleared as can be done that day. Then as always, there’s a homework assignment to practice a few times /week to clean up the remaining smudges of the voices.
I didn’t realize how noisy it was in my head until the “naysayer voices” got turned off. It’s like watching a really loud sports event on TV and then hitting the mute button. The freedom is rather amazing as you’re not then walking around with all of these auditory negativity weighing you down.
