Opening Your Sacred Heart

While out at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center, I had the honor of opening the sacred circle for a painting workshop on “Creating Your Personal Altar”, hosted by two friends, Whitney Ferre and Nikki Shannon.  On my art blog, I posted about the painting experience of painting in layers, but I’d like to write now about the experience of creating a sacred container for the painting workshop to take place optimally.

For my healing work, it all centers around being heart centered. I feel that I carry my own personal cathedral around with me at all times in my heart. However, when I first started on my healing path in 2004, I found that my heart was often blocked by various degrees of resistance that I had layered on over the years. I quickly learned a way to clear my heart by using Gaia commands. Gaia for me is the embodiment of the Divine Feminine, and after about a month of long days of clearing various issues, I could  hear her commands or mantras. Once I’ve experienced what a particular State of Being feels like, I can go back and get the commands for others to repeat. Then, they too, can experience some of what I’ve felt by repeating the commands over and over until they’re cleared whatever was blocking them, as in this case, from having a heart wide open.

To open our Sacred Hearts, the participants in the workshop went outside to this triangular fountain near where the painting workshop took place. It was built on one of the many energy vortexes around the Retreat Center site. So our painting class gathered around the fountain at 9:11am, on December 21, 2012,  the supposed exact time on the Mayan calendar for New Beginnings, which is what our group had come to celebrate. I explained the eight Gaia commands to the group, and then we all read them aloud three times. Normally I would check to see if each person had totally cleared each command before going on to the next one, but by giving a few people some energetic boosts, I was able to get the group far enough cleared that we could go on to the next command. At least for me, the energy was palpable as we stood around that fountain in the bright desert sun.

There are eight Gaia commands in the sequence to opening your Sacred Heart. The illustration that I made at the beginning of this posting includes an atomic symbol, as it’s my take that these phrases do more than just open your physical heart. The words are so powerful that the vibrations from the sound of them sift on down to the atomic level of every cell in your body, acting like little holograms for the rest of the cell to entrain itself and follow suit. There are two commands that are extra, as in some cases, a few people get to the end of the first eight and haven’t quite cleared what resistance there may be to having the heart wide open. I’ll leave you with the last of those two for you to use as your personal mantra… “Allow the light to shine and spread” . This command causes the small light of the sub-atomic Sacred Heart ( the hologram that I was talking about) to start cascading into the larger Heart Brain and Chakra that combined will be the Sacred Heart in you.
