Why Would You Ever Want to Hang on to a Chaos Funnel?

As crazy as it may sound, in the hundreds of clients that I have helped, there are many who are quite resistant to letting go of their chaos funnels. In my last posting, I wrote about what they were and the havoc they can play in our lives. Now I’m here to confess that I’m also one of those people.

Chaos? “I hate it” my own intellectual mind proclaims, yet my gut or reptilian brain hangs on for dear life, because it causes me to cover up other, even more scary issues that I don’t want to face. There will be more in the next posting about my discoveries about my own chaos funnel healing, but I want to talk about why we hang on to these life controlling, all consuming, metaphysical structures.

In my research in metaphysical structures, I’ve found that there are many that actually either mimic in shape or function actual structures in our bodies or events in our lives, (usually pre-natal). For instance, when I wrote about cords, or dysfunctional connections to others in our lives, I discussed that the reason that we hang on to them is because they resemble our umbilical cords. What I’ve found is that the chaos funnels that I see coming out of people (usually from their heads) actually mimic the pre-natal event when the egg that made us gets swept into the Fallopian tube in order to be fertilized.

As the egg, having been released from the ovary nears the Fallopian tube, the finger-like structures called the fimbrial segment have cilia that beat to create a vortex that sucks the egg into the Fallopian tube. If the egg doesn’t get caught up in the whirlpool, then off it sails (as many do) into the mother’s abdomen where it dies. In order, for the egg to survive, it must be caught up in the chaotic swirling at the opening to the Fallopian tube, so even before fertilization happens, the egg realizes the need to be in the chaos.

For a lot of people, this event allows them to be in the Flow, as they easily slide into the Fallopian tube and meet the sperm that made them. However, for many, including myself, that event was less than optimal, to say the least, and so our lives keep getting caught up in a series of chaotic events that the Universe provides us to allow ourselves to heal that long ago moment in our lives.

Finding the significance of this event and why so many desperately hang on to repeating patterns of behavior where we pull in one traumatic event after event has been the big “clue by four ” between the eyeballs that I needed in order to help myself and my clients get off the revolving treadmill of circumstances. I’ve found just in the past few days, the freeing sensations of moving past these constant merry go rounds of one event after another that was depriving me of living my life at its fullest. So-o-o, if this sounds as if you have a similar problem, then let’s find out if we’d be a good match to work on your own issues. Please contact me at  nsmeltzer@transitionportals.com – 410-730-7413

About Nancy Smeltzer

I'm passionate about long distance spiritual and alternative healing, having had a successful practice now for over ten years. My clients work with me over the phone and on Skype from all over the USA and Canada, as well as Switzerland, Russia, and Australia. I specialize in helping people heal their negative repeating patterns of behavior and remove the stuck energy in their unconscious minds. By doing that, they can quit going round and round in circles,. repeating the same mistakes, and move forward to having the life of their dreams. Besides my holistic healing practice, I've also been professionally creating art quilts and other fiber arts for over 30 years. My specialty is contemporary beaded art quilts. On my web site, I bill myself as the "Self Proclaimed Button and Bead Queen of Maryland (USA)." My recent works have images that are based on what I see when I tap into a person's energy field and are called Meditation Gardens. These visionary art pieces are the perfect place for that person to play and meditate. In my spare time, I'm a rabid, avid "dirty nails" gardener, composing scenes with plants. Sometimes, I come inside so dirty that my clothes have to go straight into the washing machine; they're too dirty for the dirty clothes hamper! -The Official Google + site for Nancy Smeltzer
